Minimum Qualifications:

LOCATION - Stanislaus County to include Modesto, Ceres, Oakdale, Riverbank etc.
HOURS - Monday thru Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Under general supervision, set up and operate standard milling machines, lathes, CNC machines, and other machine tools as directed through knowledge of tooling, fixturing and common shop practices. If specialized in one specific machine, such as a lathe or mill, should have exemplary skills above and beyond the machine shop standard.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma/equivalent
- Trade/Technical School desirable.
- 3-5 years’ experience.
- Basic reading, writing and some advanced arithmetic skills required.
- Understanding of the tools, materials, methods, and standard practices of the trade.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Use sound, independent judgment within policy and procedural guidelines.
- Ability to organize own work and meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to make decisions which require consideration of various criteria.

Our well-established Food Manufacturing client is Partnering with Staffing Partners in seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure products meet quality, food safety, and customer standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Salary:$18.50-$22.50/hr DOE
Shift: Mon-Fri 3pm-11:30pm and occasionally work on Saturdays as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications before packaging.
- Check equipment during changeovers to ensure cleanliness and prevent contamination.
- Complete and maintain quality, HACCP, allergen, and organic program documentation.
- Verify correct products, packaging, labels, and codes are being used.
- Collect product samples for testing and coordinate shipments to outside laboratories.
- Maintain inspection records and process product holds when needed.
- Inspect raw materials and identify quality issues or defects.
- Monitor production processes and report any quality concerns to production teams.
- Conduct sanitation audits and help maintain food safety standards.
- Follow all GMP, HACCP, organic, and company quality requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing or production environment required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic math skills, including calculating percentages.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including different shifts and hours.
