Looking for a Sr. HR business Partner who can provide onsite HR leadership and support, acting as main point of contact for all employee relations issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, coordinate and administer various human resource plans and procedures for all company employees; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedure goals, objectives and systems.
- Responsible for the administration and management of leaves of absence including advising supervisors and employees regarding Federal, State and Company policies and processes, such as FMLA/CFRA, PDL, Workers Compensation, Military leave, etc.
- Develop and deliver company wide employee trainings such as but not limited to harassment prevention, workplace violence prevention, policy changes, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The Account Executive is at the center of ensuring the successful delivery of exceptional service to clients. Working with the client and other client advisors, the Account Executive plans, executes, and tracks a customized service plan for each client. The Account Executive builds effective, personalized working relationships and is responsible for the overall management of each assigned client. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily workflow of the HR department.

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Safety Coordinator will be responsible for helping to enforce workplace safety initiatives for our operations. As well as ensuring safety programs and policies are effectively implemented and promoting a safe work environment through positive reinforcement with others.
Essential Job Functions
- Ensure OSHA compliance within the facility including but not limited to: Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT’s); New Hire safety training and ongoing safety training; Lockout/Tag out, Machine Guarding and Chemical Safety.
- Assist management team during post-accident root cause analysis, ensuring investigations are completed and recorded in Safety Management System.
- Assist with any Cal/OSHA inspections and visits, including recordkeeping and investigations.
- Make recommendations to our Safety Committee and team members in improving building conditions & work practices.
- Collect, analyze, and use data to identify safety or injury trends and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Conduct safety training for employees and new hires.
