Our well-established and growing client is PARTNERING with STAFFING PARTNERS in search of an experienced HR Generalist for this IMMEDIATE DIRECT HIRE CAREER OPPORTUNITY!


JOB SUMMARY

The Human Resource Generalist:

  • Advises leaders in all human resources practices to provide information to employee about regulation and policies to provide general support.
  • Supports and contributes to the Human Resources team and performs a wide variety of both complex and routine administrative duties.
  • Provides and supports all aspects of employee relations, workers compensation reported injuries, recruiting, on-boarding, off-boarding, benefits administration, recruitment/career fairs, certification compliance and ensuring accurate employee personnel data is maintained in the personnel file and HR/Payroll information systems.
  • Creates a positive place to work.
  • Serves as a role model and first point of contact to employees.
  • Is responsive to all employee needs in a friendly manner and provides accurate and timely responses to inquiries by employees, recruitment agencies, universities, and vendors.
  • Respects the privacy and confidentiality of employee information.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years proven work experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Human Resources Coordinator demonstrating knowledge of Human Resources Policies and Practice, recruitment, benefits administration performance management, training management, resolving conflict, employment law, project management, and office experience.
